Benchmark, Inc. Welcomes Marketing Manager, Ben Daufeldt

PRESS RELEASE: Cedar Rapids, IA, May 12, 2025 – Benchmark, Inc. recently welcomed the addition of Ben Daufeldt as Marketing Manager. With over 20 years of extensive marketing experience and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns, Ben brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. 

Ben’s career spans impressive roles with industry leaders, including Brand Marketing positions at HNI Workplace Furnishings and The HON Company, and serving as Brand Activation Manager at PepsiCo. He has consistently excelled at developing and executing impactful marketing strategies across national and regional markets. With a sharp focus on enhancing client brand experiences and fostering long-term customer engagement, Ben’s approach positions him as an ideal fit to support Benchmark’s ongoing success.  

At Benchmark, Ben will lead initiatives in marketing strategy, corporate brand development, market research planning, and communications strategies. His efforts will further drive growth in both existing and emerging markets, solidifying Benchmark’s standing as an industry leader.

Ben holds a BA from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. His educational foundation, paired with decades of practical experience, equips him with the skills to lead Benchmark’s marketing efforts with precision and creativity.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ben is deeply committed to community involvement. He currently serves as Board President for the Corridor Devo Junior Cycling Team, a local youth cyclocross biking organization. Additionally, he volunteers as the race director for Creekside Cross, a bike race that helps raise funds to support the youth cycling team.
