PRESS RELEASE: Cedar Rapids, IA, June 1, 2022 – Benchmark, Inc., one of the largest commercial and industrial roof and pavement consulting firms in the nation, has recently welcomed Ian Gore to its Staff Consultant roster. Based in Leander, TX, Ian will primarily be responsible for roof investigations and analysis, roofing design/specification preparation, as well as construction phase services and quality control.
Elise Schmidt, Benchmark, Inc. Operations Manager, said, “Ian has managed roofing projects for various sectors including healthcare, industrial, state, federal, private, and retail. We are excited to continue building our team in the southern region of the United States and Ian’s roofing knowledge will certainly add value as we assist clients with successfully managing their assets.”
Gore comes to Benchmark with 10 years of construction experience as a Superintendent, with an emphasis in project and safety management. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University. Gore served as a Supervisor for four years in the United States Navy.
“I am coming into Benchmark as a Staff Consultant and will be doing a lot of field work. I am excited to be starting at Benchmark and to have the opportunity to grow professionally as well as oversee some large-scale, challenging projects,” commented Ian.
