During a roofing project, job-site safety is our number one priority. Benchmark’s experienced observers are well trained in each roof system—we currently have 21 Registered Roof Observers (RRO) on staff. Our construction observers have the competency to represent you in dealing with contractors, tenants, employees and regulatory agents.
