Evaluation Scope: |

- Obtain available historical information
- Visually examine and evaluation the condition of the pavements
- Field measure pavement areas and locate significant pavement features on
detailed pavement drawing
- Identify pavement distresses to understand the causes of failure and the appropriate remediation
- Record conditions with digital photos
- Collect topography and geo-technical information as necessary to assess causes of failure

- Prioritize needs
- Provide detailed pavement drawings
- Provide maintenance/repair/replacement recommendations
- Document findings, repair/replacement recommendations, and budgets
- Supply 5-year budgeting and management plan
- Enter all data on web-based database SITEMAN®
