Staff/Senior Consultant Position Requirements:

• Strong paving/construction background (architectural or engineering
  degree and license preferred)
• Pavement investigations and analysis
• Strong verbal and report writing skills
• Pavement design/specification preparation
• Account management and business development
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Business development, sales and marketing skills
• A commitment to quality, integrity, and dependability
• Extensive travel

Field Consultant/Project Manager Position Requirements:

• On-site paving project management/quality control monitoring of
  commercial pavement projects nationwide
• Pavement consulting or construction background
• Strong verbal communication skills
• A commitment to quality, integrity, and dependability
• Extensive travel
